Hi, I'm Marissa Sylvester,
I struggled for years with burnout, thyroid dysfunction and poor gut health. Through researching my conditions, assembling my health team and creating wellness in my own life I realized I could help other women advocate for their health and wellness.
So, I became a Board Certified Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutrition Expert and married my education with my fitness coaching carrier.
My journey inspired me and lit a passionate fire to help other women feel the same.
It is now my duty to help you in 3 Ways:
Advocate for you. The problem is not in your head.
You feeling not like yourself is a symptom of your life being out of balance. I listen and give you solutions to your persisting symptoms.

Educate you: I am not just a Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutritionist and Wellness Coach. I am an educator and content creator, whose mission is to help as many women as I can age well wih confidence.

Coach you: I coach women in a group setting and one-on-one, where I deliver: meal plans, food and lifestyle resources and fitness advice so you see results.
